Been a customer since about 5 or 6 years of Beyerdynamic. Best brand i know. Most brands in that market have 1 or 2 good flagship products and thats it. Beyerdynamics delivers almost every time, which is pretty rare from what i‘ve seen.
Hey 🙂 Are the Aventho 300 good for Gaming on PC or just recommended for mobile usage and listening to music? I wanted to buy one of their studio headphones, but as the Aventho also have the same drivers, I first wanted to ask before buying 🙂
Exciting headphones! I'm currently pretty happy with my Momentum 4, but they are already starting to fall apart (they need new cushions, and the headband fabric is also loose, and that's not replaceable). And while their feature set and sound is really good, they have some bugs and annoyances in their software implementation. When they launched, they were in the same price region as the Aventho 300. Since I'm using wired Beyerdynamics already (DT 770 Pro and DT 880 Edition), the Aventho 300 might be my next wireless ANC headphones. This is when my Sennheisers break and the Beyer's price may be down a bit.
do you guys know for sure usb-c on these can deliver audio or is it for charging only? would love to have a sleek headphones like these for both pc gaming via usb-c and wireless with my phone without fiddling with the 3.5mm aux cable
@SoundGuys when do you expect to have reviews of the Amiron 100 and Amiron 300 out? I am torn between those and AirPod Pro 2 as I have Apple but also windows and Linux devices.
I'm curious how the Amiron 300 ($280 Amazon) compares to the Edifier Stax Spirit S10 ($300 Amazon). S10 doesn't have wireless charging, Amiron 300 does. The S10 doesn't have Auracast. Did you say the Amiron 300 has Auracast? Or just the Aventho 300 has Auracast.
I am struggling for an buying decision.. I am an "everything" Apple user, so of course I had my eyes on the AirPods Max. But then I thought about Beyerdynamic, because I worked for so many years with all the cable bound versions. So I saw the Amiron wireless headphones but also the aventho 300.. No I can't find enough reviews and all. I do everything. From going to the gym, running, but also traveling, working on my Mac and edit some videos, sometimes just listening to music and having a good time... Music genres is also a wild mix. From Queen, over BeeGees, German Rap, sometimes Charts.... Soooo... What would you or any of you guys recommend? AirPods Max or Aventho 300? Or maybe the Aminron? And why? Thanks!
@SoundGuys It's because of you that I knew the product was coming so thank you! I was already sent a message by Beyerdynamik telling me that I should update the firmware as soon the headphone arrives.
@@enjoi44 Sound: Fantastic. I would put on pair with Focal Bathys. The bass is just fantastic, it is very snappy, thus it is ideal for electro music. In the end I sent it back because the ear-cushiom was too thin and after 4-5 hours it started to hurt behind my ears. Given the price point that was a deal breaker for me. Otherwise I really, really liked the headphones. Microphone quality was good but still lacked clarity for very good. If Beyerdynamik fixes the ear cushion I would give it another try. In the meantime I've bought the Beoplay H100 and have to say, the microphones are in another dimension! Extremely good noise reduction, the best one I've seen in my 40 years on this planet and I've tried almost all ANC headphones. PS: the transparency on the Aventho 300 is good but still lacks to "very good". All around I would say, it is a fairly priced headphone.
I really hope they learned from the little disaster of the Lagoon ANC and improved what went wrong. But first impressions look quite good. Curious how first reviews will be.
They release 2 different headphones yet one that supports LDAC, while the other does not. Mixing and matching specs is no bueno not to mention the AVENTHO 300 only goes up to 22khz while the 770/990 PPR X goes up to 40khz so it's clearly cheaper drivers and not the ones used in those. 5 band EQ as almost every other manufacturer (DSP limitation?)... really?
@@zanychelly I own a pair of Sony's and I listened to Beyers in a specialty audio shop. It's not even close. It's like comparing Dacia to Porsche. That bad do Sonys sound compared to Beyers
Almost on par with ldac and better then ldac with the connection priority with 300 kbps And personally if my Sony had aptx losless I would have used it over ldac Anyway real codec that's interesting is lc3 plus Wich uses more then one channel and up to 500 kbps per channel
@@rondelayo indeed actually aac on iphone is as good as ldac " both the iPhone 11 (2019) and iPhone 14 Pro (2022) performed really well on the tests. THD+N scored better than -70dB and TD+N better than -65dB. These numbers are similar to the best that LDAC 909kbps achieved in Android. But the great thing is that Bluetooth transmission using AAC is only at 256kbps with the iPhones which means improved reliability (no dropouts) and range. Beyond just the numbers, if we look at the FFT patterns, Apple's AAC implementation has clearly better-resolving high- frequency content than LDAC 909."
Because it's Beyer... They rarely ever need repairing because they built so well. I've had 2 pairs of beyers for almost 10 years and only ever had to replace the pads.

I've just started using their stuff and it's shocking how underrated they are and how people think Beats is actually good lol...
Actually Beyerdynamic is not underrated but highly appreciated in music production, hi-fi and gaming community. They have something for everybody.

Oh the lookout for new cans and pods, these might be what i want. I got the 770 but the wire is becoming a problem.
If you are unable to return it, you can replace the wire, or better yet, you can make it removable. There are many educational programs about this.
