i think those ciphers that haven't been solved are just a bunch of gibberish. the killer thought he was smart and that no one would solve his previous ciphers but when that couple did it hurt his ego and confidence. so he made one up that didn't mean anything to one-up them
I feel like the cops need to realize these criminals with money u only have small window to catch them cuz once they realize the game is over and ur out to get them they bout to head to Mexico or Canada some place that’s doesn’t extradite people like ur not gettin them unless u have their location really fast
