    Jack, with the back two fingers I know they don't have anything to do with the grip since the fulcrum is in the middle, but since the stick needs to balance on the middle finger, surely the grip would benefit from the back two fingers not touching at all right? The thing is if you move away the back two fingers you are messing with the position of the hand in itself which compromises the grip. How to deal with this?
