I am as tall as Brandon and Hadi. I am not a bodybuilder and am overweight. If I solve that problem and Start bodybuilding and hit the gym 2 hours a day every day, how long does it take to become like Brandon curry or Hadi choopan ?
I don’t really use the leg press,But he would take a rest and lock his legs out though you should never do that on a leg pretty.. hyper extensions and what not..Can anyone clarify that for me?

Viewing this video I seen Mr. Olympia lifting very little weight high reps and multiple exercises. I'm wondering if his logic is to get the form right and the feel of properly performed exercises before moving up in weight to stay injury free. I don't know if I said this before but I am a big Brandon Curry fan and I would love to see him as the reigning Mr. Olympia champion for years. I also hope to see Rolley Winklar win a sandow too but Brandon paid his dues for like 15 years it's his time I feel
Dude he's quite old now, can't expect him to lift weights like some the other upcoming guys, his approach is more like Dexter's. And he's now been training for so long enough that he doesn't really need to get his form right

Curry you need a 9 day leg training split .do your legs twice in 9 days with wide and narrow stance . And go in the bucket as low as you can go with squats ! Go clab with platz .your a great champion you would of won last year .i had you first in the pre show .good luck at the screw your freedom classic this year .partial leg reps will not recruit the deep tissue fibers take some weight off and recreate your form! I want to see you win again ! Wider leg presses so you can go deeper

Brandon is awesome, but, I hate to admit it, his legs are big and legit, but that upper body will always dwarf them-- especially those calves. Genetics, baby. B's got them all except them swole calves.
