    I am 100% IN!! I’d love to see some specialty colors. But black is always clean

    I have many thoughts. First I am sold I will definitley be buying this when it comes out but I'll wait for a preowned one but its gotta be red and have black guts to match my 99 GSR hatch. Secondly I looks great and better than I thought I think they've put more effort on the exterior looking noticeably different compared to the base model. I think the TLX type S looks similar to the base model. I really thought that they were just going to the drop the 2.0 from the base TLX into he Integra Type S so im glad they're gonna take the CTR engine straight. Im excited to see it revealed and Ive already went to the dealer and had them put my name on the list for potential buyers.

    Awesome information about Integra Type S and can't wait next summer to find more details. I think Integra Type S is going to be badass car with the manual. I hope Acura offer $44 to $45 without the markup a like Honda on Type R that cost around $76 to $82k total. 😁🙏

    I think I may have found my new 2nd car when it arrives next year. This is definitely going to be a lot more attainable than the FL5 Civic Type R.
    Integra Type S (MSRP) > Civic Type R (markup)

    I’m really looking forward to this car. I have a 2004 rsx type s and this car would be a perfect addition to the garage. I have a 2022 Si that I was about to trade on a new type r but I’m for sure waiting until I can get ahold of one of these. Possible pricing has me confused too because of how this car sits in the lineup. I’m looking forward to seeing what Acura has in store. Great video!

    I'm kind of glad that it's manual only because then I don't have to worry about finding the wrong car. I'm just worried about the pricing like you guys were. Especially considering it doesn't have AWD.

      Probably because of the civic roots, you could basically just put the awd on a fl5 type r. Also an awd auto would be such a good budget g80 m3.

    Do you think the integra type s would have awd?

    • @SerraAcura

      Sharky that would be great! I know as we discussed price I really do think there would be people would would pay upwards of $50k for one with all wheel drive and over 300hp. This is going to get interesting!!! 😬

    Yes people complain about no stick in a TLX Type S. We’ve been waiting for 14 yrs.

      It's for sure a thing people have wanted, but from what we have seen it has been such a small percentage.

    You mean "it is a Type R". How are people actually supporting this dude they have to be paid. Every single Integra/RSX Gen had a better engine in every trim level compsred to even the highest trim in the civic. The LS had a better engine and was faster than a EX civic. The GSR had a better and was much faster than the SI. Type R Integra was much better and faster than a Type r civic. Base RSX was much much faster than a civic ex and a much better engine. The LS Integra could handle better than any civic of it's gen besides a type r but that wasnt sold here, but could handle better then a SI. It still has no 10 speed option on the type s, even though it should have had the 10 speed instead of CVT to begin with. Lexus, genesis, not even Infiniti who's run by the king of CVT nissan doesnt sell a car with CVT. They're trying to sell it as Luxury first sporty second, the last thing they should have done was give a Cvt, they drive like shit, they're boring, and they're cheap the opposite of luxury. That's why they will sell worse than everything else they compete against. Honda has given up on the consumer and have become greedy and only care about making money. I use to Bleed Honda/Acura no more. I won't buy anything newer than 2017. Joke of a revival. Nissan did it right with the Z.

      It is disappointing, I was hoping and praying for a non CVT automatic when this was announced. I think some of the enthusiast arguments are sort of unreasonable but I think reading your comment, I agree it should've come with a better engine/transmission. I wonder if there's a chance for one in the future though, maybe they weren't quite sure how it would be received in the cuv/suv-driven era...but from a brand integrity standpoint I think its a miss.

      @@desaturat8d from the standpoint of brand Integrity and the standpoint of not making your consumers have such an inferior product to everything else, especially it's competitors.

    Idk man it looks like a smaller TLX.. might just get the 2022 TLX-S instead now 🧐

    • @SerraAcura
      @SerraAcura  Год назад +1

      That's a great point. The TLX is definitely more car in a lot of ways, but this changes the game for sure. Pricing will be interesting to see where that falls
