The way his lips are frozen in place to hold the drawn-out vowel he 'sings' while the rest of the scene keeps in motion, like how his hair moves in the wind, without distorting his expression or hitting 'uncanny valley' territory is serious skill.

He instead got roped into the Fellowship by Aragorn, his long time friend and accomplice in many other foul deeds.
