Panic attack during intimacy sounds like you have some deep intimacy healing you might need to dig deep to clear. I was the same way but I’ve taken years away from dating and started learning more about myself to clear my issues. Now it’s been since 2018 since I’ve been intimate with a man. I had major issues with intimacy and I hope it’s cleared. Don’t be embarrassed you’re human. Just take time away from relationships and heal yourself. I want to buy property in Florida build my home build mini farm in my backyard have 2 Zebu cows, 1 pig, 1 mini pony start a you tube channel called Tinkers mini farm. Build brick wall around my whole property with a gate at the driveway entrance and be left ALONE! I want to quit my 11 hour people pleasing stupid job and live with unconditional love from my animals and get remarried to a great guy who will never leave or take my stuff from me!
