- how to make instant bajra dosa without rice, without urad dal, no fermentation, high protein bajra dosa recipe for weight loss, instant millet dosa recipes to lose weight fast by skinny recipes
1 cup bajra, 1/4 cup tur dal, 1/4 cup bengal gram, 1/4 cup green mung dal, 1/4 cup masoor dal, 1 tsp methi seeds, whole red chilies as needed
To blend: 1 tsp jeera, handful of shallots, ginger, asafoetida powder, seas salt, 1 cup water, turmeric powder, onion, moringa leaves, green chilli, black pepper powder, wood pressed sesame oil or A2 desi ghee as needed.
Moringa chutney: 3-4 shallots, 1 green chilli, moringa leaves or 1 tsp moringa powder, 1/2 cup grated coconut, 3 tbsp roasted chana dal, 1/2 cup water or as needed, sea salt.
Tadka: 1 tsp oil, mustard seeds, red chilies, shallots, and moringa leaves.
TIP: 2 - 2 1/2 cups of water or as needed .

Thank you Chechi for this wonderful recipe. Can I use bajra flakes instead of bajra? In that case should I soak the flakes too? Should I soak it separately?
If using flakes u need just 5 - 10 mins of soaking the flakes. But soak the other ingredients overnight. You may need to increase the quantity of flakes though. Hope this helps

I don't know which part of India or country you are from. If you are not from India I think you may find the lentils in an Asian or Indian shop. Masur dal - red lentils, moong dal - green gram beans , tur dal- pigeon peas,bengal gram - split , skinned brown chickpeas, methi seed-fenugreek seed.

Yes, you can
We don't have proper tava it's not removing from it the batter stick in dosa tava
Make sure the batter is not cold, but room temperature. The tava should be piping hot. Not semi- hot. Hope this helps

In south, we call it dosa...
Bajra wont come properly mam ..It gets stick to tawa and had to wash and remove many times. Tried both ways ways with fermentation and without fermentation.
Check the video on how to make normal iron tawa nonstick very easy and when you're spreading the dosa batter gas flame should be low.

No fermentation required?
no fermentation required...soak it overnight and the next day, just grind and follow the recipe. hope this helps.

Best not to ferment these types of dosa batter as it becomes too forthy after fermentation and sticks to the pan while removing it.
