    What would we ask the butcher for in the UK for the lace fat?

      Thanks for tuning in Carolyn! Lace fat is caul in the UK(pronounced like "call"). You can use lamb or pig caul, whichever you can get hold of. Light the coals and have a go...they're super easy and so tasty!
