my suggestion for The best water is to distill the water yourself from tap and can use minerals (product like trace minerals) is non-gmo minerals that help the body. this will get rid of most to all contaminants and parts per billion go to zero literally every time I test the water. This helps because the bad minerals can cause internal organ issues later down the road.
I've been boiling bathroom tap water and drinking it. I don't know how safe that is, but I'm still alive.
Agreed distilled water, and it is wonderful to drink also slashes plastic bottles to zero.
If you live in the north, tap water is sweet and delicious. In the south YUK! It really does depend where you live.

Never drink water from the hot tap or use it for cooking - there is a diode valve thing in the tank that over time dissolves in the water due to the chemicals water distributers put in the water - so you would literally be drinking aluminium metal stuff - poisoning yourself slowly over years or at least creating ill health and diseases - the rod is about as wide as a curtain rod and as long as the tank is deep. Found this out today as a plumber had to replace the one in my 315 litre water heater tank - he showed me the little thing he pulled out of it and then showed me what was going back in it - I was shocked and had no idea it even happened - no longer fill the pots with hot water from the taps.
I genuinely thought that this was common knowledge.
In what tank? Most water is straight from mains into a combi boiler ' with no diode thingies inside' so its safe hot tap or not.
@@jeremykemp3782 Some countries like mine (Australia) have mains pressured tanks for hot water storage - these have diode (actually called an anode... my bad) in them that dissolve

Those claims about filtered water have not been proven and Floride in our tap water needs to be investigated more as levels can be dangerous to the body.

This woman has achieved her medical doctorate through a process of positive discrimination. The problem with doing this is you deny historically british people from entering and passing these courses. This results in the only people passing these courses have not historically come from Britain. These people will be given accreditation without passing at the same standard that the historically British students will need to achieve. If you go to any hospital or G.P practice in the UK you will have great difficulty in finding any medical professional who is historically from Britain. This alongside ridiculous levels of immigration have swamped the services of the UK, services like the NHS are now on their death bed, and poorly qualified medical staff will only speed up this process.
Bottled water isn’t good and on the other side I trust the recent science data about how our water isn’t as good as it used to be and best not to drink it at least unboiled and yes we are privileged to have drinkable water unlike some less privileged nations. It’s confusing we only really know what we actually know which is best to comment on what we have seen the data which most of us are not privy too but the bodies that are have spoken hence I boil it
