To make more difficult be so rich. I think there should be some mechanics. If you have more than 1milion you will get corruption modifier and you will slowly loose money 0.1% daily per 100k over 1mil.
they stuff like that in a mod, I cant remember if its diplomacy or rbm

both, vanilla its really slow, the mod makes it a bit faster
