Oh no the clarinet squeaks! I get those all the time and only during concerts 😂 ~ I noticed that in the first time through the clarinet melody, either the percussion or clarinets were not in time, either clarinets were going too fast or percussion was going too slow. Also, in the one measure when there is only one beat of just trumpet, that was really good. My class just cannot get that correct and our concert is just next week. All in all it’s really good, the clarinets are better than the others and I here at my school 😂
i have to play this for my concert. and this sounds amazing. but my band is super small. it consists of 3 flutes, 4 clarinets, 3 trumpets, 2 trombones, 5 saxes, 1 bassoon, 5 drummers, and 1 string bass
This was a pretty good performance. The squeak can be prevented, but it didn't bother me that much because I know how nerve-racking solos can be. Also, I think this band program should try to fix the intonation issues within and between section, i.e. French Horn and Trumpet.
