2 eggs
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
mix well
1 cup of kefir or white yogurt (250 ml)

1 1/2 cups (250 ml) flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Fry both sides in heated vegetable oil
Extremely fluffy and with a crispy crust.

This is a traditional dish in my region actually only instead of yogurt we add milk as we also include chickpea flour along with the dry ingredients besides some aromatics to seal the eggy smell and add mouthwatering flavor. Also, add yeast instead of baking powder, beat the batter up well and let it sit to double in size before we started dolloping them into the greased pan. Quite delicious. I think it's considered another version for pancakes only served as snacks or dessert. 😍 We call'em Spoon dollops.. dipped or smothered in sugar syrup and sprinkled with desired seeds, nuts or coconut shreds.

They don’t want you to make scrambled eggs. So stick your finger in it. If it’s hot to your finger it’s ok, if it’s bubbling well, plan scrambled eggs for breakfast.
