Okay I can't find the answer online. Is the right side of the body on the sheet my right? Or is it the right side of my body from a trainer's, doc, or scanner's point of view? Basically my point of view or the scanner's?
I ask this because I find it hard to believe my non dominant arm is well outperforming my dominant arm even though it can't lift as much

I tried to make sense of it by twlling myself that i use the non dominant arm more but for activities that don't require dexterity to free my dominant hand to do those things. If the difference is over a pound it might be due to an injury as he mentioned.
