    I bought an InBody 570 for my home last September. It was a little expensive but well worth it. In the first 6 months I went from 17.6 % bodyfat to 9.5%. At the same time I increased my SMM from 76.3 to 80.7 lbs. I eat mostly steak and eggs and lift weights for 30 minutes per day, six days per week and do no cardio exercise. i am 64 years old.

    I had an InBody test done on an InBody 270 which does not include the visceral fat level. This is an important number to keep trak of. Thank you

    How do you counsel women with breast implants that skew the fat mass calculation and monitoring their weight loss?

      This is a question I have yet to find an answer to- if I had to GUESS I would say it counts that weight toward water weight, which would slightly decrease the body fat % because it adds, let’s say 2lb of total weight but not fat leading the body fat% to be lower
      I will dig deeper on this and see if I can find a more concrete abser

      @@gagestrengthtraining198 Thank you for taking the time to reply back to me. I couldn't get a definite answer from InBody other than "it" should stay consistent. I will have to see how their composition trends over time to see how it is affected.

    Can you explain the segmental fat analysis percentage a little bit for example my leg is 163% vs my left arm which is 204%

      We actually used the “Jane doe” sheet from simply googling the inbody 570 results sheet, and then just shot a screenshot video
