    Last year, I remembered of this mission and those Italian words at the end (24:17). Buon Compleanno, Matteo. I never knew what it meant and out of curiosity I googled it. I got shivers down my spine, the man had said Happy Birthday to his deceased twin brother. I never realised until that point, everyone in his home was cheering for his birthday but inside his soul he was still grieving for his other part that died in the war.

    I loved this campaign, only two parts, but the missions names refers to the Arditi's motto:
    O la vittoria (We either win...)
    - the Italians charge into battle, determined to win
    O tutti accopati (or we all die.)
    -the attack fails and the battlefield turns into hell

    Battlefield 1 could've made WWI a popular setting for historical FPS war games, but there are so many historical inaccuracies in it that it makes it a pain to play. For example, besides the obvious knight-like suit of armor the main character wears, Italian troops here are shown to be armed with non-Italian rifles and Beretta M1918 submachine guns, when in reality most of them would've been armed with bolt-action Caracano and Vetterli rifles

      tbh the Arditi did some crazy shit in WW1. i wouldn’t even be surprised if they did something like this in real life

    Arditi just fight with light weaponery not heavy armor

    • @aldrichcruz9321
      @aldrichcruz9321 Год назад

      Well technically yes but it's ahrd to differentiate between and light and armor troop Armored Arditis are given a special task that no other Light or Regulars to take on they needed to push the heavily fortified trench line up hull thanks to that map we all know it's not so steep but well made terrain for suitable Sentinel Arditis or Sentry Arditis to do so Light Arditis can accomplish this even with few or more sacrifice made

      That technology passed down onto Britain and French Allieds till one from America came an Idea of that very same Technological Advantage Armored Troops like the Italians
