It could definitely be something else but that song appeared in the files when there's another crossover of DbD with RE. Why would it be Dark Souls?! Also RE music is suuuuuuper wide, it doesn't have much of a musical print with recurring themes, if that makes sense, it just has the privilege of being a famous and long lasting series of games.

Tbf, Survivors needed themes way before. Laurie should get the same Halloween intro music when you select her, Ash should have had his trailer music extended to a full song and stuff like that. I don't think all Survivors should have thier associated killer's theme. It would work for Cheryl, the RE gang, Steve and Nancy for example but it would not fit for David.

Since the only custom survivor lobby themes are for skins and this sounds very RE save room-y, this could very well be Resident Evil survivors menu music. It could also just be general menu music for a new skin pack or something, like they did with AoT. Or, far-fetched idea, but it sort of sounds like the theme of The Ring, the American remake of Ringu. Maybe this is menu music for a Samara Morgan Legendary skin. If I had to guess, in the OG RE map in this game, there was a specific room on the right side of the map that would play soft and calm music. What’s most likely is there will be an area somewhere on one of the RPD maps that will play this music, that’s just my speculation though either way love the song.
The RPD maps have two areas that already play a save theme. The bottom floor office on the left side, and the top floor office on the right (with the taxidermy)
Once Upon A Time, The Evil Queen as the killer and Snow White as the Survivor. The Map is Enchanted Forest with little easter eggs like Pogo the dalmation, the blue fairy and Jiminy Cricket along side Emma's yellow jeep.
This could be the Khight's theme. Sounds like something you would hear in a manor of some sort where one would perhaps find haunted armor. Which is what i believe the killer will be.
