- Thanks Jen @ UK Bike Fit for putting this routine together. This is a simple stretch routine for after a bike ride. The routine lasts 16 minutes and should help you to feel a little looser after your ride and hopefully bring a sense of calm for taking some time after the ride to chill, before continuing with your day.
All stretches are carried out at your own risk.

Great video guys and as I'm as flexible as an ironing board this was pitched at a really good level. I think most of us are guilty of doing the fridge stretch first 😮.

Thanks a lot for the video! Quite a lot more ”pro” than my own stretching routine! Anyway, I think the most important thing is just to stretch, no matter what kind of routine it is. Everyone will find the best ways for themselves over time. As I was younger I thought stretching was overrated but now I find it underrated!

I mostly watched Campenaerts youtube channel for stretching. Some of the stuff he showed made big difference for my knees.

That seems like a pretty simple yet comprehensive stretching routine. I wish I had that spelled out on a laminated card or something (I probably wouldn't remember all of it).

Funny optical illusion; At the start of the video, Amy standing next to the lower attic window makes her look 8 feet tall. I had to look twice.
I never do any thing afte been on the bike.
I still want to know what Dan had to say to Kyle about trying to _sabotage_ his own knees with the wrong saddle height. Shame on you, Kyle!
