When buying E-track look around your town for a truck body supplier. They sell ten foot lengths of E-track for the same prices that Amazon and Northern Tool want for short four or five foot pieces. If you can't find the supplier, diesel engine and semi truck repair shops should know where to find it. Nice trailer!

Sounds about right. Any longer and they will be sticking out the side of your trailer. All depends on your plywood thickness and the thickness of the metal supports in your trailer.
question on the front shelves in the v-nose on the sides did you just cut down a piece of vertical e-tacks or is that just a smaller fitting that the 2x4 e-tracks holder sits in. Im looking to do the same thing and been wondering what to use

No issues parking. I have a crew cab long bed truck. It's a long trailer but fits in double parking stalls at the local home improvement store. Also fits between driveways at our clients' properties.
Go to snaprack.com and find the weed wacker clips... they are awesome!!! Cost 60 bucks per wacker set but totally worth it! So easy to get them in and out.

next time pull out the screws with a #4 square bit. I know it is star but use square. then replace after vinyl is attached and cut on the panel seams

Buildex Teks self-tapping screws. 1/4-14x1" worked well for me. They have a 3/4" hex head and are for fattening to 20-12 gauge metal.

Very thin, about 1/4” give it take.
