Hi Brett, Good to her from you today. You sounded and looked great to me. Hard to believe just a few weeks ago, you had your insides all changed and moved around. It just blesses my heart to see all the progress you are making and how well you are doing. Keep up the good work and give us a call if there is anything we can do for you. Have a blessed week. LT🥰👍🙏🌻

Very happy to hear of your progression, especially with your strength, like after your shower. Just got to work on the eating and that's not easy. Especially when you're not used to eating several tiny. Can't even call meals helping of food nine times a day and when you're not hungry. But, I know you can figure it out. You're a smart guy and well disciplined. Been meaning to text you but as you know I didn't get around to it. So happy to see your video. Still in prayer for you, for your complete healing, and I know it will happen. Time and baby steps. Love you bunches. Hugs and prayers. 💜🙏🥳

Well you do see more than most and yes it is probably a bit harder than I like to show, but I know you are always right here for anything I need… and some things I don’t! LOL. Thanks for always being there, Mom. It makes it easier to be strong. 😜👍❤️❤️❤️

    Hey you,
Have you got a nutritionist? Didn't the hospital give you a week by week food plan on discharge? I'll pm you some info. When I had stomach surgery I was so limited, and still am to some extent. I have to watch PH all the time as I have chronic inflammation throughout my digestive tract. There are things like avocado which I absolutely love, and you'd think are nutritional gold, that in my case causes havoc. When I lived in London I had a dear neighbour from Boston. She'd been told to chew each bite 20 times. She also liked a good natter so dinner parties lasted hours! Say a warm hello to your Mom and Dad ❤

I do have a nutritionist… actually I think I have 3 that I have access to at this point. They didn’t send me home with a super specific plan. Mostly just still All Liquids at first and moving on to Mechanical Soft 4 days after I arrived home. I haven’t had any problems with any specific thing I have eaten, just when I ate too much at once. They gave me guidance on those as well… not more than you can fit in your hand… and an idea that I need to graze rather than have proper meals. Said 8 to 9 times eating a day…. Past that it’s me kind of figuring out what all that means together for me. I feel like I’m doing pretty good, but understand it will take some time to sort out all those things for me! I do chew everything like crazy. Sometimes I feel like it’s TOO much, but can’t seem to chew less. A good thing I guess! Always appreciate any advice from you, especially since I know you’ve been through so much similar stuff. Hope things are going great for you! All love, Love! 😜👍❤️. PS - Mom and Dad said to tell you hello right back!
