Only thing to point out Pete, at 6:40 he is actually right (kind of) Trespass (civil offence) becomes Aggravated Trespass (criminal offence) when you have been asked to leave and refuse to do so or don’t make an immediate attempt to do so. In 99.9999999% of cases if the police turned up in response to an Aggravated Trespass they would just escort you off the site and leave it at that, so him saying you’d get arrested is VERY far fetched. Keep up the great work 👍
Correction. Aggravated trespass is purely and simply if you disrupt the lawful business on the property by intimidation, threats, disruption and obstruction. It has nothing to do with not leaving or even returning. And if people approach you and you keep telling them to go back to work, then you aren't obstructing them. Read up section 68 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1984 Police can only be involved in a civil case of trespass for a breach of the peace, but that requires threats to be made which would then make the trespass aggravated.
@@TheSadButMadLad some could argue there is disruption by them having to come and find out what he’s doing on their land and they may feel intimidated when he refuses to leave.
