sarah!!! i was thinking about my phone addiction + how it's taking away so much from my life and causing me to be less focused at work/less present in life as well, so this video was so timely and a really interesting experiment. you should listen to the mel robbins podcast she has an episode called "before you waste your time, listen to this" and it talks about why we're addicted to our phones, the impact of this and how to curb the addiction + find ways we can be more intentional with using technology

This was so awesome to watch. I do regular social media cleanses to minimize phone use and this got me remembering how much more present and calm I was. This has me thinking of doing it sooner than later. Amazing video!

Low key your mom had a point 😂 BUT glad you did it. You can't remove all Technology at this day in age. Hope more people have the realization that we do depend on our technology so much and have an addiction to our phones/social media. We need to enjoy the simple living and remember we're humans not robots. Also depending on what type of music you like maybe invest in a record player to play in the house while doing chores/creative activities.
LOL she's a little too right sometimes... but it made me realize how I actually cannot work/pay bills without my computer, which is wild how reliant I am on this lil block of metal! It's so true. Omg, I love that idea! I'll have to start hunting for a record player.
