- hey guys Khairul here! it's been awhile since i posted a new vlog on my channel. And i would like to say my greatest appreciation for 30k subs on this channel, you guys made me reached this milestone and i'm so thankful for the endless support🥺🙏🏻. God. Same! Like, it’s not that I have issue with sharing space or anything, but I’ve always have this mindset that when I’m out of my house or dorm room, that’s when my socialising begins. But as soon as I enter my comfort space, it’s all about resting and re-charging myself. But ofc, when you’re sharing a space with others, it can be quite hard. Can’t wait to finally live on my own tbh.

Ever since my mom left this miserable world, I just don’t feel like going back home anymore. Now I just feel like this space that I’m living alone is already my home.

haha when i saw the amount of frozen berries i was like "oh no-" 🤣 if you wanna give it a go again, minimise the berry amount and add a frozen banana (or half up to you). It'll give you the sweetness. I'd usually put half and it doesnt have to be frozen if you find it leceh. Being frozen just gives you that extra slush feeling. With the proper amount of water/milk added it's going to taste waaayy better. You can even put mangoes or apples. Add some chia or flax seeds too. This type of eating is nothing new to me as i've been doing it for years so trust me. 😉👌
However, as it is with everything else, do be balanced and not consume too much food/drink that is cold by nature. I developed chest pains etc because of the things i consumed (started 1 year ago). We are unaware that we eat/drink more cold things than hot. I unconsciously made myself sick even though I was eating 'healthy'. So peopleee please be very mindful. Our organs love warm temperatures. Asians.. perut kita tak sama dengan westerns. Our staple foods are different. Learn about chinese medicine and chi energy.

Tip for the best tasting smoothie use juice I usually put mango, pineapple and 2-3 strawberries and then apple juice and it tastes amazing!
