    Never been a big fan, never disliked them either. Watched this on Jools and was blown away, that was a brilliant performance and song. And the other song with Brett’s mum in mind was strong too. Guitars, drums and the kbds are the best I’ve sounded from anyone for years. Think I’ll be buying my first Suede album since their debut! Well done Suede. 👏🏼

      Got to see them live last year. Probably one of the best live bands out there. Probably one of the best frontmen ever.

      @@deanwalpole3273 well done mate, it must have been an amazing gig. Yes, Brett always had the charisma and the voice to be a top draw front man. He’s still got it today, clearly. It struck me though as a casual fan, just how great they are now, every member of the band. The guitarist on the right, in particular, knocked it out of the park, but it’s wrong to single one out. The entire band is a tight unit today. Brilliant mate. I’ll be getting the album. 😎

    Was only a lukewarm admirer of the 1990 Suede and Brett's vocals.
    This was superb/different class. The music is far more muscular. Louder and Rockier. Brett's vocals deeper.
    Loved this so much. Went out and bought the album the next day. Excellent. In my top 3 albums of 2022.

    All I find myself saying when I watch this is "yes...yes...YES!!!"
    The boys have excelled themselves here. Brett has become the ultimate frontman. I think if 1992 Brett could see this he'd probably smile at what is to come. The debut album was good and all, but Autofiction is on a whole nother level. I would expect Bernard might be feeling a little bit jealous right now, and for good reason.

    • @shaggydog9789
      @shaggydog9789 22 дня назад

      I doubt if Bernard would be a little jealous because he doesn't seem to be that interested in doing this kind of rock thing any more, he seems to have gone down a more folky path in recent years.
