I'd really love to see the same tests done with their 85# dumbbell or higher. Those seem to be the ones that break or bend when dropped onto there side and not flat (like how they roll). Be interesting to see the assembly as well. Do they use the same bushings and closure as their power bar under the face plate. Thanks again for the video

Can you review Watson and Black Iron Strength dumbbells? Both also have spinning versions and Black Iron Strength has an anti-microbial copper handle option as well. Many thanks!
The rotating Evo Dumbbell is designed for dynamic explosive movements such as the dumbbell snatch and other weightlifting-movements. The rotating handle also puts less stress on joints in movements such as biceps curls and delivers a unique smooth feeling that you immediately understand when you experience it.

just snitched on self showing no tresspass sign lol. also should try drop off nyc skyscrapper, while stupid lockdown on and empty streets wont have oppertunity to do it again if this crap is ended.

There are poor Africans who train with buckets of concrete and bags of sand who are more ripped than 90% of home gym owners ever will be. The whole fitness industry is a scam. They somehow managed to convince us we need to spend thousands of dollars on overpriced junk. Now we have suburban dads with $50k’s worth of iron in their garages who still look like DYEL.
Some people are into the equipment, its a hobby. People like different aspects of hobbies. It's the whole some people are more concerned with the journey vs the destination type deal. Nothing wrong with it if that's what keeps you active and healthy.
martyjanderson I’m not telling people how to spend their money. All I’m saying is that companies are milking the fitness trend as much as they can. and I find this laughable. I’m all for spending money on quality. This, however, is similar to Gucci selling a cotton t-shirt with their logo for $400. Spending money for the sake of spending money is laughably stupid. It’s mindless consumerism. It takes away the attention from the very act of weight lifting and athleticism to just ridiculous overpriced gym gizmos no one truly needs. It reminds me a bit of an acquaintance of mine who buys a ton of kitchen tools and gadgets yet struggles to cook a decent meal.
Coop, love your channel but you have no business dropping that dumbbell or anything else on a commercial rooftop! A roof is only as good as its weakest point & has very expensive warranties associated with it. Other than that, carry on ! LOL

im calling elbows out on the beer pong test.
Poor dumbbell. What did it do to you?
Still trying to figure out the point of it spinning... in 20 years of weight training I've never once thought "if only my dumbbells could spin"
Less torque on your wrists just like why a barbell has spinning sleeves
I like how you have to spin it after ever test :D
Will it blend? 🤣
How does Eleiko compared with Watson and Black Iron? Can you share your thoughts?

Whats the purpuse on the spinning parts ?
I believe its just to have a smoother range of motion. That bring said i don't own and have never used them

I wonder what happened to that dumbell after the test? Does it go back to the manufacturer?
Bumper plates next.
If I was dropping dumbbells that often from snatch or any other reason, it's not the dumbbell that I'd be worried about breaking.

I kinda feel bad seeing good equipment being destroyed.
What is the purpose of the spinning dumbell
Probably for single arm snatches. The rotation actually kinda assists in the lift with the momentum of the weights spinning when cleaning.
Next, drop a power rack .
