  • When the automobile was invented at the turn of the 20th century, it did not own the road the way it does today. Although autonomous vehicles were imagined and invented over a 100 years ago, it’s only in the last decade that the technology has improved to such an extent that it seems within reach. Or does it? Paris Marx is the author of "Road to Nowhere: What Silicon Valley Gets Wrong about the Future of Transportation" and the host of the podcast "Tech Won’t Save Us." They join Steve Paikin to discuss why cars dominate our transportation system and how we can reimagine a better future.
