    The mannerisms, voice, and facial features are so similar it's like Seth is talking to himself in the mirror.

    I'd love a video on hip and low back mobility. It's like no matter what I do I keep losing it. Ever since I started slowing down my movements for more hypertrophy I seemed to have lost all my explosiveness and flexibility.

    Best video of this month Seth. As an older trainer (i'll be 64 in June) this advice from Dr Jake is like manna from heaven. If he could be on once a month it would be awesome. Do a tour of all the body's joints and the best warmups...it would help so many folks like myself. Thank you and thank Dr Jake. God's blessings on y'all 😊

    That brother of yours is an absolute gem. Any opportunity to bring him on for more practicall approaches to prevent meathead self destruction would be welcome. Easy to follow, well presented information and super likable individual.

    Thanks Seth I was looking for a warmup video. Everyone says to warmup but they never show it because it's not sexy. Good tip about taking warmup slow because it's not a workout so totally different movement.

    Litterally needed this video. Think i caught my shoulder in time from something more serious, was drinking pre workout, blasting through my shoulder warmups, and just pushing heavy weight on chest day 2x a week put a toll on my left shoulder

    Jake’s the best! This is great content no one ever makes yet is so fucking important. Dr. Jake, please do a hip flexor video. I have a super fucked lower back on the right side when I get heavy😉 and I believe it has a lot to do with my hips not moving properly. Thanks in advance.

    I want to like their supplements so bad but they are all full of sucralose and food dyes. Even the grass fed whey proteins so that is pointless. I wish they made cleaner products!

    I love Seth. Been watching for years and I know big success is gonna happen on this platform for you eventually. I’ve seen many guys get big and go into focusing marketing BS products but this guy just shares the best info and takes you along for the ride. Stay honest and folk will always keep coming back. I would love to see some challenges against other channel in the space.

    THE ULTIMATE MEATHEAD DELT WORKOUT PREP/WARM UP!! The best warm up is 1cc of Deca in each delt the night before with 2 IU HGH In each as well before bed! Then the next day injectable pre workout, 1/2cc Sustanon or Testosterone E or Cyp in each Delt ... Followed by MP, front raises , upright rows with just bar & face pulls with high cable .... Then crank the tunes, rip a smelling salt & get to work in Pump Town USA gettin Swoll AF Brotha !!! 😂
