Hell yea!!! I got to actually meet the young Seth back in 2011 I believe at the Pittsburgh pro with cutler, heath, hany, kuclo, branch, Kai and Zac. Actually got the fst7 refined and got it signed by cutler, heath, and hany. Just wish I got seth to sign it.

I’d like to see what Seth could do these days with how Hany has progressed as a trainer from a decade ago. These two could make another power duo like he does with Derek, Hadi and Andre.

Pretty sure I speak for everybody when I say we would love to see more of these videos.
Seth is back in his element and feeling the shit! He has always spoken of Hany with such high regard, about the respect he has for him and his teaching methods. Its really evident in this long awaited collaboration video today how much and the reasons why Seth looks up to this guy.

I love this video. Two legends training together. I remember 2012 watching you on stage after training with Hany. You were absolutely peeled to the bone abs fuckin wild. This is like a “new throwback” video. I incorporate “Seth sets” and fst7 sets into almost every workout I do and they have worked tremendously with my growth and fullness. Now we need a shoulder workout and leg day video with you two. #democrew
Hany and Seth are both class acts good to see them together again...I enjoy watching Seth build this amazing life for his Family...there in good hands with him

I absolutely loved this 7 months ago. And still watch it over and over. And just over an inch of thickness on my cheast this is what brought it back up. Hanny is such a unique trainer n you can sea the genuine respect 🙌 n love for each other as freinds they are . Hope that hany convinced seth to copete again behind the scenes. Do arms for the next workout please , and really would love to hear Hany's opinion on tracking you workout progress with the log book versus just going by feel.
He isn't competing again because of his health. Not sure what you kids don't understand.
