If you are confused about why the force of 20N was split into 10 square roots of 3 and 10N has a greater sum of the original force it is important to remember that force is not the same as energy. It is important to remember that force is not the same as total energy. Force is the amount of acceleration an object went multiplied by the mass of the object. Think of running through a square-shaped field that is 10 meters wide and 10 meters tall and you traveled from one corner to another. If you went all the way across the field, 10 meters right, and then all the way up 10 meters, you would have traveled 20 meters in total. But if you were to go across said field in a straight line from corner to corner you would have only traveled around 14 meters in total but you would have still got to the same destination but you still would have traveled 10 meters to the right and 10 meter up.
In summary force(Newtons) is a vector unit, not energy used.

What always bothers me is the Force Normal. The table is applying that force, its not on the crate. If it was on the crate, a simple 1 Newton force would send the crate flying upwards, but it really requires an 11 Newton force upwards. Well if I combined all the forces upwards I would get 21, which isn't right.

Correction please:- force on horizontal box should replaced by cos to sin, and sin to cos
