COLD WET fall day, getting ready for WINTER! ITS COMING!

The first days of fall and it sure feels like it! A great day though, enjoying the outdoors and getting projects done before winter sets in! It is getting exciting as the season moves forward!

It’s so great to see the interior of the cabin again! Yesss! Did you get a new wood burning stove? I remember that last year you were thinking about getting a vintage potbelly type…anyway, it looks good. The property is sure coming along nicely. These MRE trials are cracking me up. Good to know that the eggs and bacon worked out better than the Mac and cheese 😂. Fun video!

Thank you Lisa! I have not found a pot belly stove as of yet, still looking. I will insulate the stove chimney though before winter, this will help with the drafting problem that I experienced last winter. If I find a pot belly parlor stove later on that will work out better, but will have to make due with the stove I have until then.
