I like the different elements you’ve used in this build. One thing I don’t understand, though, is the product you use in place of plexiglass glass or regular window glass. Seems it wouldn’t be all that warm in the winter, especially in high wind situation. I would love to stay in one of your many builds, but, not in extreme heat or bitter cold.

Just wondering, why did you put the hinges for your door on the outside, I know you can get either hidden hinges that allow for your door to open outwards and also hinges that are on the inside that will allow the door to open outwards, I thought it would be more secure, I know the likelihood of someone coming across your house but you never know, bythe way, I love your roof, all you need now is a window box for some herbs. You should have made shingles for the roof. That moss or sod will never grow, there isn't enough dirt under it. It will be off after the first winter. You should have done something with all the air leaks, spray foam or caulk, something. The insulation is exposed on the outside in all the corners and the openings. The place is beautiful though.
So good to see you are in tune with Nature and that your doggie is providing such nice companionship. Fatback on baked potatoes looks tasty. In fact, it tastes better than when you use butter. My one concern is that you left those flaming embers on while you slept. That looks too risky for me as the wind might push the embers unto the grass and cause a fire.
I love the look with the different materials used. Would it have been easier to slightly dampen the soil and moss before putting it up there, or was that too heavy?
I watched you building beautiful hut and admired. one very important thing I must warn you is this that if you keep useing aluminyum folio for your cooking one gets poisoned by aluminyum due to its being heavy metal. Can you make a pot using clay ?
I so much hope that the woodpanels do not shrink so that it still seals enough that glasswool so that you dont breathe that in... or if that you have a good solution.. Bon chance with everything!
Looks amazing with the mix of wood, stone and brick. That being said, I am very disappointed that we only see the finishing. I’ve watched videos 4x this long to see the entire process.
Don't underestimate how many calories a person burns being outside all day, and doing hard labor and be very active all the time... and l bet it is foodprep for not just one meal... and the dog likes his share too of course... it is well earned food... after a long days work
I like it but one concern is, make sure the bottom of the fire place area doesn't get hot it will burn the wood underneath it, I've seen people put stone over fire to cook on so it doesn't make a difference if the fire is over or under the wood cubby and don't put anything flammable near it my boyfriend and his dad died in a house fire because of stuff too close to their wood burning heater, I warned him of it and he laughed at me saying they never had any problems with it in the past winters

you could make the bed at least 6 inches long to sleep well. if you really are going to sleep on it, change the bed position.
