I fully can relate with this setup. I have a old ikea kitchen table, a chair from the same kitchen table kit. Then I have a 27" Samsung Odyssey G3, it's a basic but, a great monitor. I then have a Glorious PC Model O-, and some random mechanical keyboard that just works. And all of that is plugged into a Asus Vivobook from 2020, it's not fast. But gets the job done.

A setup doesn't cost that much. If you buy it you will spend 5x more and get 5x worse. Assuming you have the PC and the core components (desk, monitor, etc) it's mostly about lighting and placement of decorations or organization. Some rgb lights and a material like acrylic sheets only costs a few dollars, a far cry from the hundreds people drop on GPUs. You just got to assemble it yourself and do alot of organization which there's no reason you can't.

Honestly you are such a good editor and youtuber for not even having a pc the only thing I would recommend would be a mouse pad even if it's cheap because not having a mouse pad can damage your mouse sensors .

the purpose of mousepad is that it would make the mouse more smooth and prevents table scratching or scratches on the mouse
From the looks in the video, the desk surface is smooth enough and from my experience from logitech mice, it doesn't scratch the table at all.
And it doesn't ruin the sensor
I use a pad so my hand rests on something soft and it helps in gaming cuz it gives a little friction which is good for aiming.
