Relly pretty! I just wish we had all these cute stationery things back in the 90s when I was young and was travelling a lot. I used to collect tickets, receipts, maps, brochures, coins etc. too and just put them in my photo album when we still had to wait a week to get the film developed and take home physical photos. 😉 But I did not think about stickers and we had no washi yet. But still a nice memory till today we like to browse through from time to time.
Ah that's lovely! I used to get film developed every single week when I was at university but now its just so hard to find places that do it without it becoming too expensive :(
Love the travel snippet and also all the pages! This tropical girl is so jealous with the snow 😂❤. Some of my thoughts: • wait whattt? I didnt know that the security machine can damage the film but i could see how thats going. I brought my travel journal with instax film in it and it went through the security machine and it is still fine.. i guess.. but i'd definitely ask the security next time to let me pass on that 😂 • journaling whilst traveling is ..ngl...HARD 😂. I have brought my travel journal twice on my travels and I could only do it before bed and i was tired already BUT the journaling didnt take a lot of time as i only had limited supplies. The good thing is that it contains only with necessary thing and using real ephemeras from the trip, the downside was definitely doing it with 5watt eyes 😂 and some pages didnt turn as "pretty" as i wanted. But I did finish the last bit of the journaling at home and make a gallery /summary page with more decorative elements. Omgg i think this is my longest comment that i've ever made on any youtube video 😂
Instax photos will fade over time - mainly due to temperature. They aren't an archival film. And unexposed frames will be affected by the newer xray machines. I'm wondering if I'll even bother taking my instax printer on my overseas trip and just waiting until i get home
Love you travel journal. Thank you for sharing it with us! Looks like you really had a wonderful time on your trip and your journal will last a really long time to help you remember those amazing memories!❤
I loved the spreads and Ferris wheel press inks are always gorgeous ❤ traveling next week and looking forward to giving this a go as well. Thanks for the tips
the book you use with different stickers in, where did you get this please. I am searching for a way to store different stickers but not have to take packs and packs of stickers with me. This book seems ideal to take a few of each along with me on travels. ( I came to view this from instagram )
Thank you! The app is just called 'Journal' and it's a free default app with the new IOS on iPhone, so my phone already had it! But I'm sure you can search for it in the App Store :)

I love how you keep all of the receipts and then memory keep. Thank you for the tips.

Thank you! I hope your trip went well xx
I like how you decorate the borders (in valentines day) 💕
Can I ask what insert you used? It looks like it holds mix media well. Do you know if it also holds watercolors or brush pens directly in the insert?

My comment seems to have disappeared now telling you where to buy the sticker book.

Omg did u go to Switzerland? If yes what area? It looks a bit like saas - fee? (That name sounds very strange if u haven’t been there 😂 😅)
It was Serre Chevalier in France! 😆 I guess a lot of skiing places look pretty similar
@@lizziesletters yess! The slope looked just like the one I went too + I had the same brand of skis (which doesn’t mean anything tho lol)
the app required ios17 😢
