Reminds me of this time a customer came back up to the front after an hour or two to complain about her pizza having been cold and how she wouldn't have eaten it if she wasn't so hungry. We were just like "well you could have just brought it back to us to fix it..." Then she hung around for another half hour until the owner arrived to get her to fuck off with a coupon or something.

If you didn't understand, Gordon is in charge of all the chefs-in-training in the kitchen because it is his restaurant. so in order for the customers to ask for anything or even complain, they have to talk to Gordon.

Protip: if you as a customer treat the staff like humans then they'll be happy to help you.
For example when i decide i want an extra item i just go "excuse me, could you please bring me more item x?" in a friendly way and they've always been happy to help. If you make their days easier then they'll do their best to make your day better.
Also they can spit on your food so better treat them well. That's the truth.
