Nthabiseng Matshitse yes absolutely and the first ingredient is what is most in the products. So if the first ingredient is aqua then it’s largely water based. Thank you so much for showing me some love here

I did realize that it takes a while for it to sink in my hair, maybe its because I have low porosity hair.

The label is misleading. The ingredients are more for moisture
