Hi Parnell!! I hope your New Year is going great so far...I was SO busy in December with my catering biz that I got so behind in watching videos...but I am getting caught up now. I need a bowl of this soup today! I have a bit of cold and this would taste so good. I love that you used the dark meat, I think it adds more flavor and richness and doesnt get dry like the breast meat can. You kept it simple and exactly who it should be! The Cheesy toast was the perfect match.
