This year Mother’s Day, we would like to thank 5ma for all the tender loving care. She will always brew herbal tea, leong cha for us. The usual go to ingredient for leong cha will be chrysanthemum until I bought a bottle of peach blossom.
I drank two cups of the peach blossom drink and had to make multiple trips to the toilet. It was through this experience that we discovered the laxative effect of peach blossom drink. The peach blossom actually had the words ‘relieve constipation symptoms’ printed on the label, it was my oversight to not spot it earlier.
