In the past, it was prohibited to make noise during the game. I think that causes confusion. Why is that rule not respected, or was it changed? Those moans bother me, I don't know if they bother others?
Ehhh every TT video has comments about how the serve was illegal, watch any professional match and you'll keep seeing serves like this not being called by the judges
Attacker works the whole table, spreads his shots. Many people seem to get locked into a forehand, cross court shot. Small changes to wrist angle can spread shots across the table with the same arm motion.

The real thing here is the illegal serve (hidden impact), done on purpose, while flipping his bat to add more confusion
It's just a hidden hook serve, it's very common and it has distinctly different motions from a pendulum serve, so it being illegal does nothing really
