Thank you for the video. How do have a collection of content as one course? It seems every excel, video, PP is on it's own as a "course" - looks very messy. I want to put a series of videos and manuals together as one course. If you can please advise ?
Finally a tutorial that broke my deadlock. I wasn't able to connect SharePoint to Viva Learning, but now I saw that you needed a separate site and what part of the URL to copy. Now it worked like a charm.

Hello! I know this is a video 2 years old but we're just now implementing VL in our organization, and as content manager with content stored in a SharePoint site I'm hoping you can help! We have everything set up, and VL is pulling the content in fine. But, I need to change the order of the library/folder content from left to right - meaning, the first 6 that appear within Teams by default. How is VL sorting the content displaying on that first screen, the first 6 items before a user then has to click "See all". Is it sorting alphabetically by a specific column, like "ContentTitle"? (although I've already tested and changing names doesn't seem to affect the order). I'm trying to understand what VL uses by default as the file sorting mechanism so that I can then mix things up initially for users to see before they have to click "See all". Thank you!
How did you get your content to appear that quick?
Actually the content usually takes overnight to appear.
Great tutorial! Did you ever get the URL working? Also, when I delete content from the Learning folder, it keeps showing on Viva. Have you experienced that too?

We have noticed the same that there are definitely bugs in that functionality unfortunately.

My SharePoint just don't show up in Viva Learning. When i go in to Viva Learning, I can see my organization but it disappear after 2 second. I have tried reconfigure but still having the same result. Wonder is this thing ever function properly
We have noticed the same thing unfortunately in our tenant. Something seems to be broken from Microsoft's end.
Can we set a thumbnail image on our videos? When I upload my videos to SharePoint, it only shows a play button image in MS Teams.
Unfortunately no way to set a thumbnail. This feedback has been provided to Microsoft as well.
@@VisualSP-Official Any updates on this? Can you add a thumbnail yet that shows up in Viva Learning?
Hi, I followed your tutorial step by step, unable to show Sharepoint content and now even the LinkedIn learning content has disappeared and Viva learning keeps crashing, any way to help

We don't work for Microsoft. We're an independent software vendor. Having said that, we have experienced similar issues and feedback has been provided back to Microsoft. But no idea if they are going to fix this soon or not 😞
