Well first off, you need the full FSD package or enhanced autopilot!

Thanks for the share upper but I only have two issues with this, 1) my 2022 Model 3 LR won’t be here until next month, 2) I can’t see myself spending $12k after just spending almost $60k for my “race ship”. 😂

I love trading in my 2021 Cadillac that already has self parking for a "luxury" vehicle without it. I understand their subscription model, but this should be basic and moved to the free portion of the service, leaving lane changes, and auto summon as the specialty features. No HUD is also brutal, but that's another topic.
You have both of my vehicles in your garage. Seriously, the same ones except for the colors, lol!
I think 2024 Y LR does not have Summon, does it mean it does not have garage parking as well ?
not available on my 2024 Model Y. FSD beta is enabled and I have 90 days trial from the referral code. I guess the car needs to be equipped with sensors other than just visual cameras. Or until Tesla updates to utilizes it.

My car will not go in the garage. Plenty of room on both sides, two car garage. Only tesla in there. I've only tried going backward. It starts up starts backing up then stops folds likes it's done. It backs up my driveway 2-4 feet then off. Any tips?
What about backwards to a tight home garage spot? I am more interested on that. Can it drive itself back to the garage if it's not perfectly parallel to the parking spot? For example, if it's 15 to 30 degrees desaligned relative to the garage?
Did you ever get an answer to this? I keep watching this video hoping for some help.

Hi Chris recently there was a software update. It showed a message that I can bring some of the daily use items in the lower bar. I did set that up. But next day when I opened the car I don’t see those items in the lower bar. Don’t know why. Any ideas? Thanks
hi! you should be easily able to drag and drop it by holding the icons. The daily use items are things like seat heaters, front and rear defrost, etc. Nothing crazy
Which does auto parking better, in your opinion: Prius or Tesla? I'm trying to decide whether to buy a Prius or a Model 3, and the auto parking feature is important to me.

I just bought my Tesla model 3 2023 with FSD but I do not see any option for autopark/summon anywhere
Do you have FSD or Auto Pilot which comes as standard equipment? FSD is $12k additional.

Keeps the steering wheel center helps with the nag but doesn’t work so well anymore

Is this available on HDW 4 Model Y's as I got mine back in June and it was a HD4 Austin build long range and I see no option to enable this. There is a lot of confusion on which models and builds have which features available, maybe you could do a specific video on that as nobody has tried to touch that one yet. and would probably get a ton of views
Great IDEA! It is still in beta with HW4 but slowly progressing!
Yes I purchased FSD and am paying $200p/mpnth and they finally rolled out 11.4.4 5 weeks ago which finally at least let me get full FSD, and then 2 days ago I got 11.4.7 but no sign of auto park or summon, smart summon or the hidden summon. So it's very confusing as I have one of the latest software builds but still do not see it. Someone needs to make clear what is available for what models and hardware versions@@EverydayChris
Do you mind showing a video of the full self parallel parking experience from the *outside* including video of the curb distance. A video from another youtuber, RSymons RSEV, claims that the tesla is hopeless at parking itself.

I expect you to! But there is no harm in staying in your car all night

Hate auto parking in any car! It is so slow and basically useless. Especially when it tries to parallel park and block the road for what feels like minutes 🙈 with sensors and cameras is it by far the easier and fastest to park yourself!

@@EverydayChris When you pay an additional $5K for the feature in a Model 3, it should not be "a mystery'.
I’ll have to keep trying this. Followed the video but for some reason when I hit park twice I’m not getting the screen with the arrows. I have FSD.
Make sure the hold button to use summon is turned off!

Tesla does a very bad job on parking. So why should I ever trust in FSD?
I exchanged a Mercedes-Benz for my Model Y and I don't even have 300 Miles on. I'm already disapointed! My 2016 MB did a great job on parking. What a bs brand, sorry folks!
