hasbro did something kind of similar back then with beyblade burst, they had LED tips and in the app while launching them. You could control them or choose when you want to awaken, But hopefully they make something like where you can have voice commands for beyblades

Resonating with your beyblade is more akin to knowing how your beyblade acts and how to use it to your advantage. Overall it how much time and experience you have with your beyblade. Also it good to see the community still strong after the horrible dub of metal.

Actually having some kind of rudimentary AI for your bey sounds like it could be a pleasant, if niche gimmick for the next generation or so of Beyblade, but also work require a lot of work to be put in both to make it work on the bey (not to mention batteries) and the fact of the question "What happens when this generation is over?" That last part is very important, because if it's a live service app on a smart phone, then some Avis might end up getting abandoned or discontinued from use, and when that gen is over the service as a whole might be cut because there's no more reason to have it.
So true! I would imagine the series would keep moving on from generations to hopefully an upgrade method, with most of the processes in the "chips", and drivers being upgraded with parts as needed. As odd as "resonating with your bey" sounds it's is an actual thing. I think "adapting" fits better tho. When I was in middle school (I'm 22 aka a man child) we had bey battles all the time. My "partner" was/is Thermal Scorpio 95b. But over time the ball tip flattened a little and I call it RF/Round Flat now. It has good stamina and great defense but if tipped over on the more rounded part it will become aggressive for a brief moment and counter attack. It's like a mid fight mode switch or an actual special move which I dubbed "Counter Venom". At first it was annoying and I wanted a new tip but after I adapted to how the bey reacted I was dominating all my friends. I finished middle school with a record of 73-22. Yes we kept track because we had a bey club. Not to shabby if I do say so myself😎
