Huge sigh of relief that Lee is unraveling due to colder water and sheer. Category one storm now. It will weaken to a tropical storm Friday. Many people may see rain, high seas, and winds of tropical storm force.
Not a fish / this will hit land but many winter nor’easters are worse in Maine and Canada

Great work very scientific and to the point. The volume is a little low especially for phones. I'd recommend watching a popular RUclips video and matching the volume to that. Thanks for the great work, 🌀👍

I should add that I don’t usually use a headset, but when I do the volume is fine after I turn it up. But without a headset, maximum volume is insufficient.

Send a few prayers up for Mark Sudduth of Hurricane Track. His Father passed last week so he is flying from Wilmington, NC to Cape Cod for his funeral but he will also be covering Hurricane Lee from Cape Cod. I'm sure you have also seen projections that Nigel may form in the middle of next week. I know you will be on top of it. Thank you for helping all of us.

From the estimate on NHC, looks like the eastern side tropical storm winds extend much further than the west. Will the shear keep compressing the windfield on the west side as it continues north?
And thanks for the awesome analysis!

      Check with the airline. But...
Friday departures will probably go. Weather should still be good.
Friday arrivals might be cancelled so that they don't risk having an aircraft stuck in the storm on Saturday.
Saturday will suck, even if flights aren't cancelled they'll be really bumpy.

Looking at the stirm 2:18 eastern time, the storms eye is not as compacted. Weird the sheers of wind seems to be coming from southwest????? Good news seems like the storm is losing its punch.
Prayers for all in harms way.

To the weather guy. Generation X here on this comment 🖐️ The northeast is NO NEW England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
Unless the country wants the north east too be ruled by England? 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 The northeast is just that 🇺🇸 USA 🇺🇸 How about Washington DC makes it known that the northeast 🇺🇸 is no longer known in society 🇺🇸 only in history books 📚 🇺🇸
It’s a dangerous social system referencing another country still involved in the United States 🇺🇸
Generation X 🇺🇸 is the present 🇺🇸 of how socializing needs too be for your children’s future.
No more references to England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 A culture war of 1990 teenagers whom as a majority arrested a United States president 🇺🇸
Congress is the mouthpiece not the White House. Think JFK history.
End New England vocabulary 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🇺🇸 put it in a historical background 🇺🇸
    #NoNEwEngland
