This is great info - does this work for all the D16 receivers (X8R and X8R Pro) or just those tagged with OTA?
Only with OTA tagged symbol on the receiver. For older receivers, you would need to flash with wire cables (the cable that came with your FrSky receiver that look like the servo cable), and select "Flash External Device" instead of "Flash RX by int OTA". Thanks for watching!
can you set up a video for vfr on home screen. and vfr is the signal correct? thank u for this video updated my r8 pro with ease.
Thanks for watching! In FrSky VFR stands for Valid Frame Rate of your signal. To setup VFR on home screen, you can just hit one of the right box on the home screen and select Configure widget (those boxes on the right of home screen are usually default to Timer1,2,3), then in the new config screen.. for Source, select Play Value, then select Telemetry, VFR, then it will display the VFR on your home screen in the box you selected.
Hello Sir! Hope you're doing well. Question in Ethos Suite they have Pre-Release 1.5.0 RCO. I've always been told don't down load any pre-release firmware, Because not safe and is this true.
Yes, don't download install pre-release version until they finalized it to release. Don't take a chance. Thanks.

Do you know how to update the Rx firmware with a redundancy satellite Rx connected via SBus? Have a TDR18 and a TDMX as satellite (SBus in). When following all the steps as usual the Rx for which the FW update is intended will not be recognized. Any idea how to update in this setup?
Try doing it separately, pull out the TDMX and update each receiver OTA separately, then reconnect once done.
If I update my Receiver Using the OTA way do I need to remove my Hobbyeagle Gyro in order to update it.
You should, what's the harm of removing one plug.
