  • Korean honey butter chicken is small pieces of crunchy sweet chicken with garlic, honey, butter flavor. So yummy! No wonder so many Koreans love this taste! I developed this recipe after my trip to Korea last year, when I tasted honey butter chips there.

Pickled radish makes an excellent side for any fried chicken.

I'm a university student from Korea and I'm currently in Spain on exchange. Since my taste in food is almost like the definition of Korean cuisine(I like my food super spicy, garlicky and with sesame oil), recently I've been craving Korean food like crazy. 망치's recipes are original, easy to follow, and she uses ingredients that are relatively easy to find outside of Korea. Plus, she reminds me of my super-friendly childhood neighbor who always offered me amazing dishes, so watching her videos really makes me feel at home :) I'll definitely recommend 망치's videos to whoever that's interested in making Korean dishes. Greetings from Barcelona!

Gummy Bear that's good to know! I'm in a small town in Britain and I've never traveled outside the UK and it isn't easy to experience other cultures cuisines here. So, I found this channel and I'm excited to try something! I can get most of these ingredients fairly easily. I'm just trying to find substitutes to make some of the dishes less spicy because after all I am white than milk 😂. If you have any recommendations then let me know

I made this and it was good, but I had double the chicken so I doubled the sauce ingredients and they literally came out caramelized lol still god just too sweet! All I would say is when making the sauce definitely don’t add double, just add the chicken in different batches if you have more, you had more of a light coat mine was thick

Hello Maanghi! I have recently discovered your channel and I must say, I am ABSOLUTELY in love! I love that you have made this wonderful platform to share authentic real Korean (and some of your own :D ) recipes. You have many fans and supporters from all around the world who share their own stories and great feedback from cooking your food and how each turned out. This is my first recipe I tried of yours and I must say, It really IS sweet, buttery, crunchy and irresistible just as you said, and maybe even MORE. I have tried many recipes online, cooking shows and from cookbooks and many have failed, but this one, this one was just PERFECT, so simple yet so delicious. I love the mix of sweet from the sugar and honey and a little savory from the garlic and soy sauce. It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I made it for my little sister and she LOVED it! I'm having the chicken with a side of fries while watching more of your videos! I will definitely try more of your recipes.
