People like to talk sh*t about Kirk. None of those people are legendary guitarists that have influenced.millions.
many influential guitarists have trashed him (including Yngwie Malmsteen) and he deserves it. the last time he did a good job was 1991 and has been a disaster since then.
It's been almost 33 years since 1991 and Metalica hasn't been able to release a really good album since Black Album and with that Kirk hasn't been able to release a soulful solo since Black Album. . Kirk and Metalica should stop releasing albums after Black Album to be honored as one of the bands that only has good albums, not bad. but they didn't and the rest since the mid 90's until now is rubbish

The same show? Okay. A bad day. But it doesn't look like a mess-up during Moth. And what happened in Day seemed deliberate.
If this is from the same show, did they go to an intermission time to change clothes ? ( sort of like how it is in an acting theater they have intermissions ) ?I'll play along.

@@VmShpman82 Actually, turns out this IS the same show. James does change shirts every now and then, but Kirk had that same jacket throughout the show. Moreover, I only just realised I WAS THERE. :D This is Day 2 in Helsinki.
I only saw Kirk once being sour... most of the time I couldn't even see the band, though. I was in the Pit.

Mmm. Nobody's perfect and as someone else said I'm sure the audience didn't notice and loved the show, but it's a bit annoying given he recently said how easy Metallica songs are for him - on the Metallica report podcast...
