Marta will make a man out of you

So I was watching Mulan, and then I couldn't get this song out of my head. It's "I'll make a man out of you."
So, I decided to make a montage to it. It's suppose to be a story, Marta's the leader, she's going to "make a man" out of all the gymnasts. They work hard, and then at the end they win gold in team at Worlds. Clearly, I was very bored.

three things:
1. who is that at around 2:20 in the blue? is that alicia sacramone? what meet/practice is that?
2. i don't know about the whole marta/bela thing but i DO know that bela is the one that coached the 96 olympic team. if you find pictures of kerri strug after her vault accident, he's the one carrying her. he was hilarious at the trials!
