Excellent, one thing, when you're feeding water to engine with a water hose , the feed direction is from bottom up, not through the thermostat housing. It exits the thermostat housing. Great channel 👏
Can't wait to see the second part to this one. You did a great job on that engine rebuild! I do worry that it will not have enough power for a boat that large. Have you seen a fishing boat from Japan? They have a great style. I think you could copy it to make a really awesome boat! Keep up the good work!

I love how the torque settings seem to be measured by "elbow clicks" 😂 not sure I would risk using an engine that's not been factory spec torqued up in a boat myself but go for gold!
Isn't it worth putting in new piston rings and conrod bearings, since they are so cheap compared with the labour, and its apart anyways, its not going to run any different that you will notice by just cleaning and painting the engine, and especially for marine purposes it should definitely have new bearings and rings, but awesome videos I wish I could watch it all day, and I would love to do that myself if I had the opportunity, thanks kindly for sharing your great experiments and skills.
amazing and simple way to build a boat, but the problem is the dammed motor, why you not save a lot of time, effort and efficiency using a electric motor to power your boat? the internal combustion engines is something of the prehistoric times, master builder, there are lot of maritime electric motors, off board electric motors, and a lot of other electric posibilities to power your boat, you will save time, problems and lot of money too, congratulations for your skills, we need the second part 😃😃

凄いなぁ～ EJ18 エンジンをDIY で組み上げるなんて素晴らしい！ しかもデスビで回してるし！
EJエンジンはFAターボになるまでWRX-STIで使われていた名機ですね。
後にDOHC4バルブになって最終的には308PSまで強化されました。
海外仕様では現地の販売会社が独自に弄って400PS近くにパワーアップしたモデルもありましたね。

Bác cho mình hỏi 1m² cho 1 lốp composite thì tốn bao nhiu keo ạ. Mong đc truyền thụ kinh nghiệm ạ.
Còn tuỳ thuộc vào bạn dán loại sợi nào nữa nha, nếu loại sợi mỏng max300 dán bề mặt phẳng thì khoảng nữa kg keo ạ.

It is a polyester and fiberglass glue that is widely used in construction beams and boats. You can buy it at construction stores.
