  • I used the GoPro Hero 11 to capture a star trail. I compare it to using the GoPro Hero 10 in night lapse mode. Pictures from the Hero 10 were processed in Lightroom.

    WoooooW! Bro, you nailed it!
    Can you do like a tutorial of how you got the Hero 10 Star trails, please?
    I have the Hero 10, but I would love to learn how to do star trails.
    Also, how many GoPros do you own? Looks like you are a bit “hooked” on GoPros, which I find it very cool!

    Wow the Milky Way on the Hero 10 RAW is awesome!
    What shutter did you use? I’m assuming 30s at 1600 ISO ?

    Very nice! Great tips! I also use the same starstax and have a GP10, how do u make the night lapse photos / the complete startrail moving/rotate like at the end of your video.

    • @FroZoneProduction
      @FroZoneProduction  12 дней назад

      In starstax make sure you check the box "save after each step"

    Hey, what were your settings with the GoPro 10? I am planning to take some star trail shots as well, but I am a newbie :D

      Night lapse mode photo. 30 second exposures ISO 800. It’s trial and error. It depends on the moon and other light

    This is incredible. Just a question - did you set a start timer on each GoPro? You mentioned it was 6pm when you were setting them up, but did you set the GoPros to start recording after it got dark, at like 11pm or something?

      Thanks! So I tried setting a scheduled shot but it didn’t recognize the battery bank. So for peace of mind I start them and delete the over exposed frames. That way works best for me since I don’t typically stay out there with the camera

      So I leave the camera out for about 12 hours. It's bright outside and the beginning and end. I edit that out. Probably about 1500 images
