It’s not that there aren’t quality teachers that’s the problem, it’s that they are relatively underpaid and expected to deal with a bunch of other students that disrespect them everyday. There are so many teachers who are above qualified, but they get treated like shit so they leave. It is not a supply problem (at the core). In fact the low funding to schools is part of this problem. The lack of respect for good teachers is what causes them to take business elsewhere. And the people left are either financially struggling so they can’t afford to leave or they’re the biggest a holes who want nothing to do with the students.

i just started working as a paraprofessional in early September. I work with special ed kids from Kindergarten to 7th grade, and the head teachers/paraprofessionals in special ed rooms get way less money from the school for classroom things (such as books, toys, art supplies, etc) than gen-ed teachers do. most of the stuff we use in our room such as our art supplies, quite a few of our books, and a lot of our toys were bought by the head teacher/paraprofessionals in our room. i find it kind of strange that gen-ed kids and teachers get more benefits and supplies for learning than special ed teachers and students do.
I feel the most important issue is the teachers not having enough motivation to be good at their job. So we got to somehow put more into salaries but also put a limit to how many public schools their are so we don't have too many teachers.

Yes it is a waste of time and I have actual reasoning. I have a health condition and it’s been hard for me to go to my high school so I switched to home hospital which is a homeschool program that my school offers. Basically they’re supposed to give you core assignments and I have a teacher that comes to my house for less than an hour 3-2 times a week. In a span of 3 weeks I have 8-10 assignments in total. And they are so easy I get one done within 15 minutes (probably would be 5 minutes for the regular person because learning disability and health brain fog 💀) I just get an automatic A as well. I am also noticing that I’m remembering a lot more. Like tbh I do not remember a lot of information from all my years of school 😭

You can be a lawyer with no degree, you just have to be a lawyers assistant for nearly 10 years and then you’re eligible to take the bar exam and passing makes you a licensed attorney of law
It's not useless completely, school has changed dramatically. There's no curriculum to follow anymore
Na it's still trash tho
@@off2000-n1nno friends?🥺
It’s not that there aren’t quality teachers that’s the problem, it’s that they are relatively underpaid and expected to deal with a bunch of other students that disrespect them everyday. There are so many teachers who are above qualified, but they get treated like shit so they leave. It is not a supply problem (at the core). In fact the low funding to schools is part of this problem.
The lack of respect for good teachers is what causes them to take business elsewhere. And the people left are either financially struggling so they can’t afford to leave or they’re the biggest a holes who want nothing to do with the students.
there only a few teachers i have that genuinely like teaching us. there are teachers that have no clue wjat they’re doing.
I go to a school where some of the teachers are like family to all the students
When ever I'm tryna see if a Joe video is new I just look at the headphones
School isn’t useless. The stuff that they teach is.
So it's useless...?
@ it’s useful for hanging out with people you know
@karmore17076 Lowkey I just go outside fr and talk to people
What if school wasnt legally required. What if parents could choose to send their kids there
12:00 I agree with most of this. Like congressman and their spouses shouldn’t be able to invest in stocks but I do think they should make a salary but definitely not as much as they are now.
3:28 i remember seeing a video where they said this one kid had like a 1.01 GPA and he was in the upper 50% of his high school. The mom came on and was like "these teachers need to be paying better attention to their students."
High school teaches to suck it up and deal with thing and people that are gonna get on your nerves but in the long run you will make something out of it when it comes to school I say this and this is coming from a college dropout you’ll do fine in whatever you wanna do in life but at least get your diploma because a diploma can help you out more than you think
i just started working as a paraprofessional in early September.

So we got to somehow put more into salaries but also put a limit to how many public schools their are so we don't have too many teachers.
yeah, school is lowkey not valid for real-life things
It’s valid for forcing you to do shit you don’t wanna do, which is most work
I remember that in the country I live in at the last year of elementary school you have to do a musical
0:20 Dear, My king Joe
The words you listed are prepositions and not prepositional phrases. Prepositional phrases are the part of the sentence where the preposition is located. Hopes this helps with absolutely nothing.

I just learned new something today! thanks!
Joe, When you said “Insider Trading”, the first person i thought of was Nancy Pelosi.😅
Thank god im above average at a 10th grade level and in 10th grade but my teacher is diabolical he chooses the kids who use to much slang like its permanently in their vocabularly to read shakespearean writings and he wants them to read it like how they would say at the time its funny but just horrible 💀 and their reading is graded to..

Bro, I love big tug. I never thought this would ever happen.
lowkey forgot middle school existed
Before the COVID-19 lockdowns. In MY math class, WE were learning types of math questions were the teacher would ask us to write like 10 strategies just to solve 1 question. To the point it became Mind Numbing for all of us. Like I was certain they’re must have been a far more simpler way to do solve such questions. 😜
Government is saying teachers need to pay for the stuff do you need to do your job with when all other jobs the stuff is paid for you
