Also, on the topic of CPS. They don’t do anything. Throughout my life they were called multiple times. All they did was tell my parents to start getting us food to eat, and then left. They didn’t even check back. Often times they look at a home with a very clear problem, yet don’t actually do anything. CPS is in no way reliable unfortunately.
ok so growing up i lived in a house that was exactly this state of living, and yes it is the parents fault its like this, we had cps calls constantly but that was just for my mom being abusive we also had cops farely regularly in the house because my mom would get in fights w her bf at the time or neighbors would call the cops sometimes the cops came cuz of me like i ran away and stuff. lemme tell yall no one cares one bit that a parent or parents raise thier kids in a messy envirement, i seriously dont know why tho, they absolutly should. i would wake up with bug bites in multiple places or a big group would be in my room that wasnt there the night before, but cps and police js dont care abt that stuff. it sucks. so bad
oh god. this happened in the town next to me. i moved to nebraska with my mom a couple months ago but i have lived in southern indiana my entire life otherwise. DCS has **always** been dogshit at taking care of people. i know from personal experience. i was roughly 13 and tried to raise a case against someone who had sexually assaulted my friends and i for the past two years. but since we were all still minors, they didn’t bother to do ANY of the required investigating. and simply shut it down with a “well. we have no evidence to push this case any further.” and that just broke me. i still had to go to high school with my abuser for the next couple years. nearly had a class together and i REMEMBER having a violent panic attack because she was in the same small room as me. and having to find a way out before i passed out from anxiety and fear. i was NOT safe.
a 6 month old is crawling ☹️ babies scream at their checkup shots/vaccines.. that baby was definitely being vocal. my skin crawls just thinking ab the cries
babys at 6 months are usually crying for food every 2-4 hours even during the night regardless. so saying that they just left the baby there from 8pm to 8am is actually insane.
@@Uncleloink I don’t think controlling your emotions applies when someone lets a child get eaten alive by rats, if there is any cops that came and were a mother to their own children they would not be a cop anymore.

It takes a good amount of time for a rat to eat through flesh. They used it as a torture method in earlier times. And a baby-a 6 month old baby- wouldn’t just remain silent while he is being eaten alive like that. They neglected that baby. They didn’t check on him for a good long while. It wasn’t something that just happened overnight. I truly believe they left that baby for more than 13hrs without checking on him.
maybe the kid didnt scream because his body temperature was so low that he just didnt have the power to? assuming the parents are even being truthful about that.
Honestly, that makes sense. The state of the house, the fact that the babies' extremities sounded like they were exposed. It makes me think this baby was already slowly deteriorating before hand.

Fun fact, but not to long ago - like 1980s, doctors didn’t believe babies felt pain. So they would preform open heart surgery, brain surgery, or literally any other operation without any use of anesthesia. Had this happened fifty years ago, the baby not crying would’ve made total sense, cause why would a baby cry over pain it can’t feel? Thankfully, we aren’t as stupid now, and have learned that babies do in fact feel pain, and unfortunately so did this one
This is very sickening you know your a bad parent if your baby gets eaten by rats just disgusting the poor baby and children there gonna have really bad ptsd i hope the children and baby will find a new home with people who care

joe about the taxidermy subject, it's a way to show respect to the animal and when they taxidermy something it's made of wax and the only thing that changes is how you skin it and you skin it to get the meat which is the reason to hunt is for the meat
6:00 With taxidermy they don’t just decapitate the animal and mount it, a mold is used of the animals head and its pelt is glued and stapled to said mold. Otherwise it would decompose over time.

They didn’t even check back. Often times they look at a home with a very clear problem, yet don’t actually do anything. CPS is in no way reliable unfortunately.
I feel bad for you man hope you find a way to start a new life
ok so growing up i lived in a house that was exactly this state of living, and yes it is the parents fault its like this, we had cps calls constantly but that was just for my mom being abusive we also had cops farely regularly in the house because my mom would get in fights w her bf at the time or neighbors would call the cops sometimes the cops came cuz of me like i ran away and stuff. lemme tell yall no one cares one bit that a parent or parents raise thier kids in a messy envirement, i seriously dont know why tho, they absolutly should. i would wake up with bug bites in multiple places or a big group would be in my room that wasnt there the night before, but cps and police js dont care abt that stuff. it sucks. so bad
Incorrect spelling! Your opinion is invalid!

Those kids needs a new family. I don’t believe for a second that the parents didn’t notice this happening.
oh god. this happened in the town next to me. i moved to nebraska with my mom a couple months ago but i have lived in southern indiana my entire life otherwise.
CPS doesn't get involved if a parent goes to a mental institution and there's another parent to care for the kids
“I would stomp the kid” no let’s use some context clues. Had me dying
“Im scared we need to get out of this house” Im sobbing rn😭😭
If there has been multiple cases against him they should've done something to get those kids outhof the house
I have to ask before I watch the video but do any children die in this video?
@Fndm_D one child is severely injured everything is censored visually, and no I don't think the child dies
@ ok thank you
Your house being infested with so much rats that your baby gets eaten alive is something I never would’ve expected
a 6 month old is crawling ☹️ babies scream at their checkup shots/vaccines.. that baby was definitely being vocal. my skin crawls just thinking ab the cries
babys at 6 months are usually crying for food every 2-4 hours even during the night regardless. so saying that they just left the baby there from 8pm to 8am is actually insane.
That's the day that i would have gotten fired and arrested.
good thing ur not a cop bc if u can’t control ur emotions u don’t deserve the power
@@Uncleloink I don’t think controlling your emotions applies when someone lets a child get eaten alive by rats, if there is any cops that came and were a mother to their own children they would not be a cop anymore.
@@xxrobloxdivaNo bro, that’s not justice. You’re thinking irrational.
Its Evansville the department will think it's based and the jury will think it's based, it's the right audience; you would just get paid leave and at worse a transfer which will likely be a higher position off the beat as a local legend like Gary Plauche lol.
@@reckzxxtrue justice is oblivion to the cruel.
I truly believe they left that baby for more than 13hrs without checking on him.
yeah rats were in fact used as torture weapons I know it's called rat cage torture
This is really disturbing, infuriating, gross, and saddening.
maybe the kid didnt scream because his body temperature was so low that he just didnt have the power to?
assuming the parents are even being truthful about that.
Honestly, that makes sense. The state of the house, the fact that the babies' extremities sounded like they were exposed. It makes me think this baby was already slowly deteriorating before hand.
@OceanStateMadness ikr?
Props to those cops for taking care of the kids
Nahhhh bruh some one in the chat said “wwww rats” and “womp womp” like what 💀
I'm losing faith in the Gen alpha generation that barely existed
@@TeeHeeTwinkleToes honestly though…

@@TeeHeeTwinkleToesI don’t think gen alpha uses twitch :b
They are most likely from my generation so I apologize for what my generation has said
This has to be one of the most disturbing reacts I've ever seen.
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express just how much you’ve impacted my life, both mentally and physically. Your RUclips videos have been a source of joy and inspiration for me, and I can’t thank you enough for the positivity and energy you bring to your content.
When I first stumbled upon your channel, I was in a place where I felt a bit lost and uncertain about myself. Your authenticity and humor resonated with me immediately.
You’re completely right…. DCS should have faced consequences too… they neglected the kids too….i have two kids and this mad me so sad… unbelievable
22:19 lost it when he said "mice eat cheese" out of nowhere
This is just an average poor household of drug abuse (likely meth). Except the rat eating part. Just got my confirmation with meth.
I was 5 when my grandfather died and I guess my parents where also so open about the death I understood
0:27 somebody in chat said "womp womp" 😭😭😭💀
That's just sad
They are probably from my generation so I apologize from what my generation has done
Probably a damn child, in the influence of brainrot.
"Whomp whomp" they said
Loving the constant uploads 👍
Joe upload after a Gunnar upload????? fire asf dude 🩷
i joined stream when he was watching this, one of the sickest things ive ever seen. the level of neglect was insane. 13:45 the way the kids were experiencing the rats everyday with no help
Bro that is genuinely nasty 😭
The fact that chat is saying that stuff Is just crazy
This content is award-worthy!
Joe you honestly make my day, love your vids-keep it up
Fun fact, but not to long ago - like 1980s, doctors didn’t believe babies felt pain.
I wouldn't call it a fun fact lol
Not a fun fact at all
Unfun fact
they for sure are getting charged with Criminal Negligence
When I see this is can’t imagine how lucky I am to live with good parents and a clean house 😢
Those rats probably had rabies. That is one reason why they would've been angry enough to actually attack a human baby.
No bc parents who let this happen are actually disappointing
20:46
bro fell down the stairs 💀💀💀
Wrong video to comment this
This is very sickening you know your a bad parent if your baby gets eaten by rats just disgusting the poor baby and children there gonna have really bad ptsd i hope the children and baby will find a new home with people who care
Thank god that the kids are probably in caring homes now and that the baby is in a better place
I just read the title, this new ratatouille movie is about to be fire🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Bro this video popping up on my fyp was so uncalled for
Why do people eat Pumpkin Pie at Thanksgiving when it’s almost a month past Halloween?
Because pumpkin is a fall thing, not a Halloween exclusive
My family buys pumpkins near Halloween and then keeps them. We don’t usually carve them so they last a little while, or we like freeze them idrk I don’t pay attention
This is NOT relevant😭
Pumpkins aren't centered around Halloween is why
@@Lilkyuy3OSCI mean it sorta gets your mind off the video 🤷
joe about the taxidermy subject, it's a way to show respect to the animal and when they taxidermy something it's made of wax and the only thing that changes is how you skin it and you skin it to get the meat which is the reason to hunt is for the meat
insane title
6:00 With taxidermy they don’t just decapitate the animal and mount it, a mold is used of the animals head and its pelt is glued and stapled to said mold. Otherwise it would decompose over time.
This is so sad😓
If a rat gets the taste of flesh once it recognizens the scent and taste
Poor guy😭
As a proud rat owner, i can say that rats wont try to attack unprovoked, but will mistake human body parts for worms or other things.
How hard is it to take an hour out of your day to clean even if you work a full-time job take an hour before you go to bed throw out some shit out and it’s not that expensive to just get rid of stuff A pack of 50 garbage bags cost like white 10 to 20 bucks
14:25 LMFAO 😭kinda thought the same thing ngl but I realised it after
Joe I was watching a vid and then I see this thumbnail
Kids don't understand dying in real life but they understand dying in a game
Perhaps the rats had rabies?
Um they rarely carry them
24:09 that’s what I was thinking! How was the case manager visiting that house once a week and turning a blind eye?🤦🏼♀️
Someone said "L rat" in the chat omg #13.10
like theres a single rat causing this 😭😭
Poor kids :(
Did anyone see the guy that said a bat shit in my mouth?
lol!
One of the most well known thing about babies is that they scream, there’s no way in hell that poor baby wasn’t crying his lungs out
Instructions unclear, ate my rat’s father
bruh
I really hope the kids are put into a safe household
WHAT…..THE…. FUCK!!!????!!!?
That's one tough baby for not crying And his nickname If he survived I don't know if he survived yet But his nickname would be stubby
There needs to be a license to be a parent
I saw this video before Joe made a video on it. It truely was a terrifying experience for the 6 MONTH OLD.
Hi Joe, ur my favorite RUclipsr, when I’m sad u brighten my day. Please continue to make these videos.
trust me CPS does absolutely nothing and can quite literally walk into a house with shit all over the floor and just do monthly check ups
My room be looking different after this
Those poor kids told the school nurse they had gotten bitten by rats at home😭😭 bro that bothers me so fucking much
